Description of Service

Kinara provides a free case tracking service that retrieves publicly available USCIS case status information and notifies users of status changes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or any government agency.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Track cases without proper authorization from the case owner
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service excessively
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of case status information
  • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That notifications will be delivered immediately or at all
  • Any specific outcomes for your immigration case

USCIS data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Always verify important information directly with USCIS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by our service. This service does not provide legal advice.
